Registration fees for the 4th European Pavement Friction Workshop 2025
The registration fees "according to the VAT in force" are determined as follows:

Registration cancellation policy
Registration fees will be fully refunded in the event of withdrawal before 03/31/2025.
50% of the registration fee will be refunded in the event of withdrawal between 1/04/2025 and 02/05/2025.
After 04/05/2025, registration fees will no longer be refunded.
Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to Sylvie DAUVERGNE (sylvie.dauvergne@univ-eiffel.fr) and Véronique CEREZO (veronique.cerezo@univ-eiffel.fr). Cancellation requests will only be processed once they have been validated by the organizing committee by means of an e-mail confirming the cancellation and refund conditions (mandatory to validate the refund). All refunds will be processed after the event.
